A two-level loft in the Stacks at Fulton Cotton Mill, in a space that once housed the mill's engine room. The renovation kept the industrial bones — exposed brick, black steel trusses, timber ceilings and a two-storey arched factory window — and softened them with warm, considered furnishing. Two bedrooms and two bathrooms, one of each on the mezzanine above the main living space.

The main floor holds the living and dining space beneath a two-storey wall of brick, alongside a galley kitchen, a bedroom, a full bathroom and a separate laundry room. An open-tread stair leads up to the mezzanine, where the second bedroom sits under the original roof trusses with its own bathroom, a walk-in closet and a study looking down over the room below.
